The downstairs is incredibly spacious, with a light-filled open plan living area opening out to a generous covered outdoor entertaining space. The kitchen is sleek and everything is provided for an extended stay, including microwave and dishwasher. The breakfast bar is an added bonus. The dining suite seats 8, as does the outdoor setting. The leather sofa and armchairs, with extendable footrests, are begging for you to lay back and relax after a day out exploring, and a smart TV completes the picture, with free WiFi.

The garden is secure and has picture-perfect artificial grass, so enjoy a wine in the generous outdoor covered living space, and fire up the BBQ while the children play close by. Fairy lights overhead add romance in the evening.

The bedrooms are all downstairs, the master at the front with a walk-in robe and a large ensuite with shower, toilet and double vanity. 3 further Queen bedrooms are at the rear in a separate wing. Each has built-in robes and they share a modern family bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. A full laundry, with washing machine and dryer, provides convenience.

Upstairs there is a second lounge that looks out over the downstairs living area, and comes with another smart TV, a built-in bar and a separate toilet. With board games supplied, it’s a lovely space for children to enjoy or for guests to take some time out. This leads out to a covered balcony offering a superb space to enjoy views of the surrounding area and the estuary, perfect for twilight drinks or an afternoon cup of tea.

The side secure access to the property gives guests the opportunity to house a boat, and with the boat ramp to the estuary only round the corner, it’s a great inclusion. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and with plenty of parking outside, tick the rest of the boxes!

The location of this home is terrific. Set in a quiet residential area with a local IGA supermarket, a chemist, doctors and a Thai restaurant within a 2 min drive mean you have peace and quiet with amenities available. There is a local hotel in Dawesville and a larger shopping centre in Falcon, only 15mins drive away. The Dawesville foreshore offers a local cafe and parks with BBQs and is a wonderful spot to watch the sun go down. The boat ramp is here as well if you are bringing the boat to catch crabs or go fishing.

But best of all is the stunning scenery, with Peel Estuary the true drawcard on the east side, only a short walk away. The local nature walks are superb, all along the foreshore. Florida Beach is only a short drive away for coastal activities.

If you fancy a game of golf, you're in luck with The Cut Golf Course just minutes away, and there are more eateries in Wannanup, Falcon and the beautiful Mandurah, that also has the Ocean Marina and a Sculpture Trail, just under 20 minutes drive north.

Whatever your pleasure, Dawesville offers plenty to write home about, so come and make it your home away from home!
