This house is for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for social gatherings.

Seaside Homes does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.

This home is fitted with external facing security cameras which are not monitored during guest stays. However, if the cameras are found to have been tampered with by guests during their stay, the guest will be charged $500 and or the cost of the security company call out, and it may result in the immediate termination of their booking and expulsion from the property.
