At the heart of the home is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space designed for connection and ease. Fully equipped for entertaining, it flows effortlessly into multiple living zones including a dedicated theatre room and a second lounge — both with Smart TVs and plenty of seating to relax and unwind.

Step outside to the enclosed backyard, perfect for kids to play safely while you enjoy the BBQ and outdoor dining area. Inside, year-round comfort is ensured with evaporative air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a cosy indoor gas heater for cooler months.

The home also features a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for longer stays or working holidays.

Perfectly positioned as your base to explore Mandurah, you’re just moments from estuary walks, beaches, cafés, breweries and family attractions.
