With sweeping Indian Ocean views, fresh contemporary interiors and fantastic separation across two levels, this spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is made for relaxed family holidays and getaways with friends.

Recent renovations have transformed the home, creating beautiful light-filled spaces that embrace its spectacular coastal setting. Upstairs, the renovated open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is framed by large windows overlooking the ocean. Gather for long meals, relax with a morning coffee while watching the water, or settle in with a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

The stylish kitchen features generous stone benchtops, contemporary cabinetry, quality appliances and a DeLonghi pod coffee machine with milk frother, with everything you need for easy self-catering.

One of the home's best new features is the newly opened downstairs retreat. Perfect for children and teenagers — or simply giving two families room to spread out — this level has its own lounge and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, TV and table football. Best of all, doors open directly onto the grassed outdoor area, giving kids an easy indoor-outdoor space to call their own.

Across the home you'll find four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a master suite with King bed and private ensuite. Multiple living areas provide plenty of opportunity to come together while still allowing everyone their own space.

Outside, fire up the BBQ, relax in the coastal air or wander less than 50 metres to the beach for swimming, surfing, sunset walks and long days on the sand. There's also ample parking, including room for a boat.

With Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TVs, a sound system, USB and USB-C charging points, washing machine and highchair, everything has been considered for an easy stay.
