Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is bright and breezy, oozing style and comfort with high ceilings, split system air con, and expansive water views. A Smart TV, WiFi, and a stash of board games offer plenty of entertainment.

• The upper balcony is perfect for coffee or sundowners with a panoramic outlook over the estuary and surrounding bushland.

• Relax or entertain inside in the stylish modern coastal interiors, whether you choose one of the two lounge or theatre rooms, or the comfortable kitchen and dining.

• The huge undercroft entertaining deck features a 4-person sauna, portable ice bath, hot/cold outdoor shower, and plenty of space to unwind post-beach or post-adventure.

• Enjoy dinner under the stars at the alfresco dining table, then gather around the fire pit - the perfect spot to toast marshmallows, sip wine, and watch the sky turn from dusk to starlight.

• A reticulated lawn area gives kids space to play or simply lie back and cloud-gaze.
