From the moment you arrive, the setting invites you to slow down. Positioned on the grounds of the renowned Swings & Roundabouts Winery, the chalet enjoys uninterrupted views across a peaceful grassy valley and native bushland. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon wine or watching the sun disappear behind the trees, the private deck quickly becomes your favourite place to relax.

Inside, soaring ceilings and the striking rammed earth walls create a warm yet airy atmosphere. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has been thoughtfully designed for easy entertaining, with comfortable leather lounges, a Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and a cosy wood fireplace for cooler Margaret River evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to cook throughout your stay, from quality cookware and a dishwasher to a Nespresso coffee machine, barbecue essentials and pantry basics including olive oil, salt, coffee pods and more.

The chalet comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master features a Queen bed, while the second bedroom offers the flexibility of either a luxurious King bed or two King Single beds, making it ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together.

Step outside and dine beneath the stars on the spacious deck, fire up the BBQ or simply unwind in the Hampton-style outdoor chairs while overlooking the beautiful natural landscape that surrounds the property.

Of course, one of the greatest luxuries is your location. Just 50 metres away you'll find the celebrated Swings & Roundabouts cellar door and restaurant, making long lunches, wine tastings and unforgettable dinners wonderfully effortless—all without needing to drive home afterwards.

This home is intended for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. It is not available for parties, functions, weddings, or social gatherings. The maximum number of guests at the property at any time must not exceed the number confirmed in your reservation.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.

This property is strictly not pet friendly.

Seaside Homes does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.

To help protect this property, a pre-authorisation of AUD $500 will be processed on a valid credit card prior to arrival. This is a temporary hold only and is not a charge. The hold will be released after departure, provided the property is left in accordance with the booking terms and no damage, excess cleaning or other additional charges are identified.

Swings Vineyard Chalet is located on the beautiful Swings & Roundabouts estate, which is a working vineyard. During daylight hours, you may occasionally experience normal vineyard operations, including maintenance vehicles, seasonal machinery and, at certain times of the year, some dust associated with vineyard activities. These operations are part of the authentic vineyard experience.

Please also note that the estate features a helipad, which may be used from time to time.

The Swings & Roundabouts restaurant and venue hosts weddings and private events throughout the year. You may occasionally notice guests arriving or departing these events and hear some associated noise. Every effort is made by the venue to minimise any disturbance, and all wedding events conclude by midnight.

For the privacy and enjoyment of all guests, wedding attendees are not permitted to visit, gather at, or use the chalet or its grounds at any time.
