Mandurah

Mandurah is well known for its beautiful 134km² estuary. This protected wetland is home to pelicans, black swans, and around one hundred wild dolphins!

Busselton

See the Vasse Wonnerup Wetlands for a truly special experience, visit the Vasse Wonnerup Wetlands. Recognised on an international level for their conservation of natural fauna and flora, these wetlands are a must see for any wildlife lover. Or just to get some This area contains roughly 30,000 waterbirds from 90 different species. This hidden gem is only a short 7-minute drive from Busselton!

Dunsborough

This cosy little coastal town becomes a hive of activity during the warmer months, so make sure you plan your holiday, book in advance and make this trip to Dunsborough the best one yet.

Do enjoy the Naturaliste Charters Whale Watching Tour if you’re travelling to Dunsborough during the migration season! This is an absolute must. The two-and-a-half-hour Whale Watching Tour will jet you around the Geographe Bay waters and allow you to spot magnificent Humpback Whales as they pass through the bay with their calves. This tour is led by a marine biologist, meaning you'll be in for an insightful and informed experience on this cruise.

See Castle Rock Bay situated just around the corner from the ever-popular Meelup Beach, where you can relax and enjoy the pristine waters and white sandy beaches. This peaceful spot is sheltered from south-westerly winds thanks to the sizeable rock formations flanking the bay.

Accessible from roadside carparks, as well as through a stunning coastal bush walk, beginning at the end of Gilford Road and Hurford Street in Old Dunsborough, this destination is a must do on your travels.

Margaret River
