Our Guest Portal and pre-check-in process are hosted via RMS, a fully PCI Compliant property management system. This ensures that all guest information is securely collected, stored, and processed using industry-approved security standards.
2. PCI-Compliant Payment Processing with Stripe
For payment security, we use Stripe, a trusted PCI Compliant payment gateway that seamlessly integrates with RMS. Stripe allows for:
- Secure credit card storage – Guest payment details are safely stored using encrypted credit card tokens.
- Encrypted transactions – Payments are processed directly through Stripe, ensuring that sensitive data remains protected.
- Tokenised credit card details – Instead of storing raw credit card information, Stripe generates credit card tokens, which are encrypted and used securely within RMS to process payments.
- Automatic deletion of credit card details – All stored credit card information is automatically deleted 14 days after guest departure, ensuring compliance with data protection policies and reducing the risk of data retention vulnerabilities.
