Smiths Beach in Yallingup is one of the best for winter storm watching, with its glorious long stretch of soft sand!

Caving Adventures

If you’ve already explored topside, take the fam into the intriguing world of underground caves found in the region. Enjoy exciting guided tours through Mammoth Cave, Lake Cave or Ngilgi Cave! These geological formations have taken thousands of years to form! This winter the water level in Margeret River’s Lake Cave has reached its highest point in decades, offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you to experience the cave in this majestic state.

Wildlife Encounters

The wildlife parks and sanctuaries in the area offer a variety of experiences for the family. Spy friendly kangaroos and wallabies, or hold a snake at the Discover Deadly Reptile Education Centre. And don’t forget to take a trip to the Busselton Jetty to marvel at the colourful marine life (while walking along the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere).
